North of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu, the Routeburn Trek starts in Glenorchy and climbs for three days through Mt. Aspiring National Park. It's another of NZ's "Great Walks", but "great" doesn't even come close to describing the alpine scenery and hospitable hut system.
