The historic high water continues, but this month, I get to see it from river-level. Four days of floating the flat, red Colorado, and one day of holding on for dear life as Holiday's signature triple-rigged rafts were tossed over and through walls of water. Driving vans is fun, but there's nothing quite like river time.

Karen Ryman - Great Old Broads for Wilderness(non-registered)
Hi Susan,
I've enjoyed the slide show several times. The light and the colors are magnificent. I like the slide with the guys cooking dinner and the sun on the upper wall as it's going down. What ever happened to the one you shot at night with the full moon on the boats? It looked eerily wonderful in the camera! Lot's of laughing and "carrying on" going on there in the pictures. Thanks again for your contributuion to a great trip! We'll make you the trip photographer for the GC trip. Keep in touch with your plans through the winter for sure.
Karen
